For rides at Princess Juliana International Airport, drivers should follow airport pickup procedures and coordinate with riders through the app.

Vehicles should be clean, safe, and well maintained.

Drivers must follow traffic laws, drive responsibly, and treat riders respectfully.

Riders can favorite drivers in the app, increasing the chance of being matched again for future rides.

This helps drivers build repeat riders while keeping trips inside the platform.

Payments are processed through the app.
Drivers should avoid arranging rides outside the platform.

Drivers help maintain a reliable transportation network across Sint Maarten by providing professional and consistent service.

Drivers are expected to avoid canceling rides under any circumstances once accepted.

If the app is temporarily down, the ride should still proceed as planned. Do not cancel—complete the trip and contact support if needed afterward.
Cancellations are only acceptable if the driver is unable to complete the ride due to a personal or emergency reason. In such cases, drivers must contact support immediately so we can assist and arrange coverage.
Unjustified or excessive cancellations may result in restricted access or permanent removal from the platform.
If a driver cancels a ride, they will not receive the $10 cancellation fee.
